Packing and processing

We endeavour to pack and process all orders within three business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped. Local pick-up from the Brisbane suburb of Moorooka (4105) is also available.

Shipping

Orders are shipped with Australia Post.

• Standard post within Australia, with tracking (3-6 business days once processed) = $11.00

• Express post within Australia, with tracking (1-3 business days once processed) = $14.00

Unfortunately, international shipping is not available.

Returns

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind about an item.

However, if there is a fault, please contact us and we will endeavor to fix this for you — by way of repair, replacement or refund.

Please bear in mind that all items on our site are handmade. Each is unique and may feature slight cosmetic imperfections. Though we work hard to minimise imperfections, they do occur and are characteristics of being handmade. They are not considered to be faults.
