Our earrings are primarily made from polymer clay.

What we love most about this medium is that it is amazingly light weight. Even our largest earrings can be worn all day without issue.

While they are generally quite durable, they are still clay and can break.

If our items are faulty, we will do everything we can to rectify the issue for you. Please send us a message. However, repairs, replacements and refunds are not guaranteed for items that have not been cared for correctly.

Be gentle. Avoid dropping and do not carry loosely in your handbag! We’ve learnt from personal experience that this does not end well.

Keep clean. From time to time your earrings will need to be cleaned to remove make-up transfer and dust. Please use a soft, clean, damp cloth or an unscented baby wipe.

Store safely. Store your earrings in a cool, dry place where they can’t be knocked around and damaged. We strongly recommend using an earring holder.

Avoid damage. Avoid contact with hairspray, lotions and perfume as these may cause discolouration. Clean immediately after use to minimise potential damage. Do not wear while swimming or in the shower.
